Supporting GTM Club Members with Comprehensive Sales Planning Templates for 2025

As 2025 approaches, I'm excited to share the completion of a project to empower GTM Club members with essential sales planning resources. Over the past few months, I have released three comprehensive templates to support different sales planning aspects.

A Three-Phase Approach to Sales Planning

I started in September with the Annual Planning Prep Guide, designed to help teams get a head start on their planning process. This initial template includes key questions covering strategic priorities, pipeline evaluation, and market changes.

In October, I finished the Sales Plan 2025 Template covering everything from market landscape analysis to sales budget allocation. This template helps sales leaders navigate the complexities of annual planning, with sections dedicated to sales strategy, team structure, and performance metrics.

Finally, in November, the trio was completed with our Personal Sales Plan Template, enabling individual sales professionals to create structured plans for their success in 2025. This template helps reps plan towards their revenue goals, outline their sales approach, and plan their professional development.

All these resources are available free of charge to GTM Club members. I've made the templates available in Google Slides and Docs formats, ensuring easy access and usability.

Why

These templates reflect my experience that Q4 is particularly demanding for sales leadership, who must balance current-year targets while preparing for the upcoming year. By providing these structured planning tools, we aim to streamline the planning process and allow more time for actual selling activities.
